New Center for Metaproteomics Research

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Center of Excellence in Metaproteomics, a pioneering collaboration between researchers from the University of Vienna and Bruker.

This partnership will drive forward cutting-edge mass spectrometry and AI technologies, unlocking new insights into the functional role of microbiomes—from human health to vital ecosystems.

We cordially invite you to the opening ceremony and reception, where we will share our vision for the center, introduce key topics, and discuss the exciting scientific journey ahead.
The event will feature a keynote talk, three brief presentations, and an expert panel discussion.
A catered lunch will be provided to encourage scientific exchange and networking.
Invited guests include renowned international scientists, industry partners, representatives from Austrian funding organizations, as well as delegates from Bruker and the University of Vienna, including the Life Sciences Dean's Office and the Rectorate team.

Monday, May 5, 2025, 11.00 am – 3.00 pm
Registration from 10.30 am
Small Ceremonial Hall
at the Main Building of the University of Vienna, Universitätsring 1, 1010 Vienna.

We look forward to seeing you!
